Veche for English-speaking programmers

The first attempt to launch the Veche has not yet received mass support among the members of the Montelibero movement. I propose to transform the Veche into a forum for English-speaking programmers and IT-specialists who share the ideas of freedom. Perhaps we will be able to keep the flame of communication in a narrow niche of associates, and then the flame will grow from it.
For this purpose I suggest:

  1. Make English the default language.
  2. Initiate actual discussions.
  3. Invite our English-speaking colleagues here.
